I went for a sunset hike on Cowles Mountain today. I came down in the dark and really enjoyed it - I've gotta take more night hikes. It's a good time of the year for that - no rattlesnakes. I hiked late in the day because I was down at San Diego Bay all day taking a sailing class. If I won the lottery (or had a decent job) I'd be down there a lot.
