Gotta start tapering NOW

I did a one hour swim workout this morning and then went for a hike on Cowles Mountain. I cut my hike short because my quads are completely exhausted - no soreness, just tired. The Grand Canyon hike is in 15 days, so I'd better get serious about goofing off and resting.

The obvious solution is next time take an hour swim on Cowles and a hike in the pool.
