March madness

March madness: same old workouts but hoping for better results. So, last week I switched from Cowle's Mountain "hikes" to jogging. I did three 15 minute SLOW jogs last week along with some strength work and a little hip mobility stuff. My limiting factor for running is still my left hip flexor (or something related). Today's "run" - 16 minutes at 12:19/mile.
