February summary - I'm back to 190 pounds but my legs feel better

I'm making some progress with my sore hip flexor on the left side and my legs feel a little stronger in general. The only running I'm doing are a few short uphill "sprints" during or after my 1 mile hikes on Cowle's Mountain 3 times a week. I've also been doing strength work for my lower and upper body.
