April report: This is harder than I thought it would be

 April started with a few weeks of running 3 days a week, culminating with a 24 minute 2 mile jog and a sore calf/Achilles the next morning. So, I'm back to walking/hiking on Cowles Mountain. I'm still at 188 pounds and probably shouldn't try running again until I'm down to 170. That's the hard part.
