I managed to lose 5 pounds in January, but a month of very short runs and leg exercises have left my legs completely shot. I ran about half the days in January and never over 6 minutes. I also did knee bends, partial lunges, and hip flexor exercises. After all that, my legs feel worse than a month ago. I'm going to let them rest, get some swimming in for cardio and try to get my weight lower before I try running again.
