Longest run since 2009

I ran/jogged/slogged 5 miles in Spring Canyon and a side canyon this morning in 50:42.  It's my longest run since 2009 - and my new hip installation in 2010.  My hamstrings got a little tight towards the end, but nothing hurt.  I'm still too heavy to actually enjoy running, but it's still satisfying.  I think I'm 10 to 15 pounds away from starting to enjoy my runs.

Way to go...BUT I think trying to get down to 10 or 15 lbs is a little extreme. I'd think someone with your bone structure should realistically weigh no more than 25 or 30 lbs. Tops!
