Last workout before the Grand Canyon hike

I did an easy mile on Cowles Mountain this morning. I worked on calf-stretching going up and quad-jarring on the way down. I'm as ready as I'm going to be for Saturday's hike.

FYI: There's no such thing as an EZ mile on Cowles (unless you're on a bike, skateboard, wheelchair, etc., heading downhill).
