7 weeks til Mark and I hike the Grand Canyon

Mark and I did almost 5 miles on Cowle's Mountain this morning, averaging 19:43 per mile. Mark recently missed a few weeks of exercise due to an illness but is doing great now and obviously benefitting from the crosstraining effects of all the cycling he does. We'll be hiking the Grand Canyon 7 weeks from today, on October 23 - 16 weeks after my hip surgery. Today was my 7th hike since returning to Cowle's Mountain 5 weeks after surgery.
