Only uphill for now

After work tonight, I did a 1.5 mile hike on Cowle's Mountain including a 4.5 minute stretch of slow jogging uphill on a rough trail of varying steepness. It's been 11 weeks since I got my new hip and I received the go-ahead to run after only 5 weeks but my legs are not very strong. I decided to start out running only uphill because it's less jarring on my new hip and the surrounding cut-up area. I'll run some flat stuff when my legs feel stronger AND my weight is lower. I'm currently 171 pounds.
