Healing up in the nick of time
My leg is much improved in the past week. One week ago I could barely do a 20 minute neighborhood walk. Today I did 3 miles on Cowles Mountain with almost no pain. I am now confident that I will be able to do the Grand Canyon Hike with Danny and Mark three weeks from today. I will continue to monitor my leg injury while working out judiciously (no running or weight-vest mountain hikes) and icing my leg frequently.
