18 minute trail run at 8:55/mile, 185 pounds

It only took a minute or two of running this morning before it felt better than awful.  Terry's calf cramped up near the end of the run - that ain't good.  Note: distances/paces are being measured by my Garmin GPS watch - accuracy unknown.  Also - all of our "runs" have so far been in the downhill direction in Spring Canyon. Eventually we'll have to do some uphill too, and that will ruin our "speedy" pace.  We've been running around 10 minute pace at the start and then get faster.  The pace peaked at about 7:30/mile today.
