Nov. 5 - Uphill fast-walk intervals

Same workout as October 22 and 28 - 8 x 1/10 mile uphill - 15% grade, average uphill time was 86 seconds. Walk back down - approx. 2 minutes. Average HR for uphills = 141. Max HR 167. I pushed a little too hard today - the last few weren't much fun. I should probably go a little easier. I'm trying to simulate a little of the cardio, muscle, and tendon stress that I'll get when I'm able to start running again after a year (or more) off. I'm not supposed to run "much" when I start running again, so I'm planning on running at what will pass as "fast" for me. Gotta have some fun!
