Checking to see how the carrots are growing
I had a great swim workout this morning after 3 days of no exercise. I had a little more energy than usual - my Grand Canyon taper is starting to work. After swimming, I went over to Cowles Mountain and hiked up a half mile fast and then back down. It felt good and I've decided the small amount of discomfort I have in my hip area is probably a slightly strained hip adductor muscle. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
