I walked 3 miles this morning, mostly pavement, but also one third of the way up Cowles Mountain - it sure felt good to be back there. My hip is now more functional than it was before surgery, so I'm calling today the Payoff Day for having the new hip joint installed.

Rick, I wouldn't worry too much. The Kiwi government has big plans for you. It's all part of their witless protection program.
