10 weeks til Mark & I hike the Grand Canyon

Mark and I are planning to to do our semi-annual hike down the South Kaibab trail to Phantom Ranch and then up the Bright Angel trail on October 23. Seems kind of "iffy" at the moment since I'm still tired from walking 3 miles a week ago and have only had a couple of abbreviated swim workouts since then. I assume the fatigue has something to do with the healing process following the surgery. I don't care for it much.
