Resting up for the race in 11 days

I'm reducing the volume of my workouts (both running and swimming) until after the Bellin 10k. I'll be cutting out most of the slow stuff for the next 10 days, while maintaining the "fast" stuff. This may allow me to get rested up enough to keep up with some of the moms pushing strollers in the race. Okay, maybe the gimpy one pushing twins.
