Morning run, afternoon sail

Terry and I ran 3 miles in Spring Canyon this morning, averaging 10:08/mile.  Danny and I went catamaran sailing this afternoon - the first time in a catamaran for either of us.  Danny works at the Mission Bay Sports Center and gets to play with all the boats for free on his days off. We've sailed 3 different kinds of boats there so far.
