Cowles Mountain Morning
Did a quick trip up & down Cowles Mtn with Terry this morning. Ran some of the uphills in an attempt to get my quads stronger. Started some rotator cuff exercises yesterday and my shoulder already feels a little better - I'm hoping to start swimming again in 2 weeks. I'm planning to run Saturday morning this week so I can go rowing on Sunday morning.
